What Crate connects to
Crate is deliberately not an app store. What it connects to is a short list of the things a small business actually already pays for, and every one of them is on this page with an honest label on it.
What does Crate integrate with?
Crate connects to payment providers, to the channels a small business already sells in, and to delivery. Available today: Stripe for card payments across the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area and Canada, Paystack and Flutterwave for African markets, WhatsApp and Instagram as selling channels, and Shipbubble for courier delivery. Klarna is offered through Stripe when your own account has it active. PayPal, QuickBooks, Xero, Shippo, Zapier and Mailchimp are planned, not available, and each of their pages says so and names today's alternative: the orders CSV export for accounting, webhooks and the REST API for automation. Crate keeps a short integration list rather than an app store, because every connection is one more thing that must keep working for a business with nobody to maintain it.

Not on the list?
Crate has a REST API and sends webhooks when an order is placed, paid, shipped or refunded, and when a product runs out of stock. Anything that can receive a webhook can already act on a Crate event, which covers most of what people ask an integration for.
If there is something you already pay for that you want connected properly, tell us which one. The integration list is short on purpose, and it grows from what merchants actually ask for.
Connect what you already use.
